How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We will process your order as soon as it is placed. It will take about 1-3 days before it is shipped (as delays happen during the weekends and major holidays). It will then take about 4-10 days to reach you, depending on your location. Some locations are quicker to get to than others. So we estimate that your order will get to you within 10-14 days at most. Due to the nature of our business, all orders are treated as urgent and a priority.
Do you provide a tracking number so that I can track my order?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for all orders.
What may cause a delay in my order?
Please note that delays may occur at any point of handling, shipment and location of recipient, due to the following factors:
- Weather Conditions: Severe weather events like storms, hurricanes, or snow can disrupt transportation routes and postal services.
- High Volume Periods: Times like the holiday season or special sales events can overwhelm postal systems, leading to delays due to the high volume of parcels.
- Customs Delays: For international mail, packages may be held up in customs for inspection, clearance, or additional paperwork.
- Incorrect Address: A misspelled or incomplete address can delay mail, as it may require extra time to verify or reroute.
- Staff Shortages: Shortages of postal workers, whether due to holidays, strikes, or health issues, can slow down processing and delivery.
- Technical Glitches: System malfunctions in sorting facilities or tracking systems can temporarily disrupt normal operations.
- Transportation Issues: Flight delays, canceled shipments, or issues with vehicles (trucks, planes, etc.) transporting mail can impact delivery timelines.
- Pandemics or Health Emergencies: Situations like a pandemic can slow down operations due to increased safety measures and potential staffing shortages.
We do our utmost to circumvent possible delays, but sometimes it is inevitable. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
What do you mean by any *location that will accept mail?
Some places may not accept mail for several reasons, including:
- Restricted Locations: Certain areas, such as military bases, prisons, or secure government facilities, may limit or restrict mail for security reasons.
- Natural Disasters or Hazardous Conditions: Regions affected by natural disasters, fires, or hazardous conditions may halt mail acceptance to protect postal workers and infrastructure.
- Pandemic-Related Restrictions: Health and safety protocols, like those seen during pandemics, can lead to temporary mail suspensions, especially in high-risk or heavily impacted areas.
- Political or Trade Sanctions: Mail services may be restricted to and from countries subject to political sanctions or international disputes, affecting postal service agreements.
- Insufficient Infrastructure: Some remote or underdeveloped areas may lack the necessary postal infrastructure, making regular mail delivery infeasible or very limited.
- Temporary Closures: Postal facilities may close temporarily for reasons like maintenance, relocation, or staffing shortages, making mail acceptance or delivery to those locations unavailable.
- Local Restrictions: Certain neighborhoods, businesses, or gated communities may have unique restrictions or protocols that limit or reject standard mail services.
Please ensure that your shipping address will accept the parcel through express courier (Fedex, DHL or UPS), prior to placing your order.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is valid and able to receive mail via express courier. It is essential to verify that the designated address can accept parcels, as we (the seller), cannot be held financially responsible for any issues or delays resulting from an unsuitable address. If the address provided is not suitable for courier delivery, the buyer will assume full responsibility for any loss, delay, or return of the shipment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
