1. Do you offer free shipping, and what are the shipping options?
- We offer free shipping by express courier, usually Fedex, DHL or UPS. We select the option that might be the most convenient depending on your location. We take about 3 days to process your order prior to shipping. The estimated delivery time would depend on where you are located in the world, but we estimate up to 7 days if there are no unforeseen delays. This means that it will take about 10-14 days for your purchase to reach its intended destination, factoring in short and minor delays.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?

3. How can I track my order?
- You will be sent the tracking number of your order by email, as soon as the item has been shipped.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
- For now, we only accept payments by Paypal and credit/debit cards. Here is a complete list of countries that are able to use Paypal as a payment method.
5. Are there any discounts or promotions?
- We offer discounts and promotions several times per year, e.g., Black Friday.
6. Do you have a size guide?
- Please carefully view our Ring Size Guide page to know the size that fits you. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you require any assistance with this.
7. How secure is my payment information?
- Your payment is secured by Paypal. We do not keep any information that might exploit you in any way. Please note that we only keep a copy of your invoice and receipt for accounts purposes, as well as your shipping address so we can ship your order to you.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- We take about 3 days to process your order prior to shipping it. There are several procedures that are taken to process your order. In the earlier stages, we are able to cancel your order. During the later part of processing your order however, it may be too late for us to assist you with canceling the order. For this reason, we insist that you are certain about the item(s) that you want to order before making a payment. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we assume full responsibility and we will do our utmost to make it right. Please view our ‘Refund and Returns‘ policy for more information.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
- Each item comes with their very own premium jewelry box, which can be conveniently wrapped. Please not that we do not offer custom gift wrapping services.
